This 6-8 week course eables you to take the first steps towards a healthy lifestyle and ovecome any barriers to a healthier, happier life. Choose from cycling, golf, countrysde walks, forest fitness, climbing and gym workouts. Within the course you will also get the chance to learn archery, fencing, table tennis, volleyball, basketball and mutitude of other sporting skills.
The course includes modults on diet, nutrition and how to integrate better, sustainable eating habits that will support your more active life.
Following the course we shall agree a personal health plan which will take you through many happy, healthier years, long after the course has finished
